Chill out with some ice cream at VWR's Summer Open House on June 8 from 4-7pm (RSVP to marketing@vistawestranch.com). Coolhaus is a gourmet, all-natural dessert company specializing in handmade ice cream and ice cream novelties served from their trucks/shops in various cities.

Coolhaus has become known for it's unique flavors like Fried Chicken & Waffles ice cream in a Maple Flapjack cookie (OMG!) and Maker's Mark Manhattan ice cream in a Gluten-free Coconut Almond Chip cookie (they also do the classics well---like their take on mint called Dirty Mint Chip ice cream with fresh mint, brown sugar, and semi-sweet chips on a Double Chocolate Chip cookie! *heaven*).

Fun Fact: Coolhaus was created by architects, so design is of huge importance, hence their customizable edible wrappers which can feature wedding monograms printed with edible ink, and their amazing flavor names which are puns on architects and architecture movements. Coolhaus specializes in special events and catering, and weddings are their most popular type of event.
